WHAT THIS CERTIFICATE RECORDSHigh-value bare value hunted: the 2022 CDF-II W mass, 80433.5 ± 9.4 MeV — 7.2σ above the SM’s 80353 ± 6 — the loudest single anomaly of its decade. Door-3 execution, run cold: relative deficit 1.0018×10⁻³ fed to reverse L’Hôpital against every constructed base family — c-split (rank 0.949, residual −0.051), α (rank 1.404, residual −0.096), sin²θ_W (rank 4.716, residual 0.216). NO seat lands; the toolchain REFUSES the stamp — and the refusal is the result: door 3 does not manufacture rank where none exists. The independent lane agrees: CMS 2024 (Nature) measured 80360.2 ± 9.9, landing ON the SM at 0.6σ with near-CDF precision. Classification: MEASUREMENT-LANE CONFLICT — one symbol, conflicting lanes, the proton-radius family (HUNT-001) — not constructed-rank freight. The CDF outlier awaits its systematics being named, as the e-lane’s were.

PROCEDURAL CORRECTION — 2026-09-01, SAME DAY (caught by the author)The first execution committed the v1 ordering trap the toolchain itself corrects: three bases were HUNTED (c-split, α, sin²θ_W) to see what fits — value-first, the backwards direction. Corrected run, seam-first: (1) the router classifies m_W as a DOOR-1 case (it has a governing equation, m_W² = πα/√2G_F sin²θ_W (1+Δr), and two conflicting lanes) — door 3 was never the lawful entrance; (2) door 3 applied lawfully takes ONE base given by the seam family — sin²θ_W, the constructed ratio in the governing equation: rank 4.716, residual 0.216 ≫ tolerance, NOT a seat — the c-split and α rows are STRUCK as unlawful entries (bases from other families, hunted); (3) door 1 executed: one symbol, two lanes, CMS at 0.6σ from the governing equation’s own prediction, CDF at 7.2σ with its systematic unnamed — lane conflict, the HUNT-001 family. The verdict SURVIVES the correction; the procedure did not. Both are the record.
