The principle: steel sharpens steel — QED’s exact loops (transcendental coefficients, 12-figure agreement) are left UNTOUCHED; the honing lands only where QED IMPORTS a number (α) or APPROXIMATES a non-perturbative piece (HVP). The precision lesson that produced the file is itself certified: a residual dismissed by order-of-magnitude is a FALSE NEGATIVE — a transcendental unnamed, the same error as renormalizing an infinity to silence; the rule is INVERT AND NAME (demand QED close, solve for α, read what the residual points to).
